With 20 years of experience in the life insurance and financial services industry, Chris Marino brings a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to brokerage leadership. As Managing Partner at Living Equity Group, he plays a vital role in driving growth, strengthening broker and carrier relationships, and elevating operational excellence across the organization.
Chris’s career spans both independent production and high-level business development. He has held leadership roles in several brokerage organizations and served as Director of Business Development at WCP Insurance and W Capital Partners, where he worked with agents nationwide on case design and implementation for estate and business planning. He also supported institutional and retail clients in identifying opportunities in the longevity market.
His leadership continued at McCombs Risk Advisors, where he focused on risk strategy initiatives for business owners and commercial clients. Later, he consulted for brokerages in early-phase development while continuing to assist agents and clients across the country.
Based in Austin, Texas, Chris combines deep industry knowledge with a client-first mindset to help brokers and firms scale smarter through tailored solutions and concierge-level support.
